At Malaina Ann Hair Care we are excited to join you on your healthy hair journey. Because of this, we ship our products within 24 - 48 business hours. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you know when to expect your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason we would be happy to exchange it for another item in our product line. Simply complete our contact form or call our customer service line and we'll exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value upon receipt of the item you are unhappy with. All you have to do is pay for the shipping and handling.
